摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对骨折患者的临床护理效果。方法选取2018年10月-2019年10月山东省聊城市茌平区人民医院收治的骨折患者70例为研究对象,采用双盲法随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组实施骨科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用心理护理干预,比较护理前后两组患者焦虑、抑郁平分及生活质量评分。结果护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预在骨折患者中的应用,可改善患者不良情绪,提高患者生活质量,对促进患者的康复有着重要意义。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of psychological nursing intervention on fracture patients. Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,70 patients with fracture admitted to Chiping District People’s Hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the double-blind method with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine orthopedic nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The scores of anxiety and depression before and after the treatment and the score of quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in patients with fracture could improve their bad mood,improve their quality of life,which was of great significance in promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
