现代学徒制高职药学专业教学标准开发与实践 被引量:5

摘要 文章阐述了现代学徒制的内涵和其推进职业教育“双元”育人模式的重要意义,指出了专业教学标准在教学中的统领和指导作用。以高职药学专业现代学徒制专业教学标准开发为例,在医药产业链调研、学徒职业能力分析的基础上确立学徒培养总目标,“四步阶梯”的培养模式,构建“双平台互通、能力阶梯”的课程体系,形成质量保证机制。通过实践为现代学徒制专业教学标准开发提供了可借鉴、可推广的经验。 This paper expounds the connotation of modern apprenticeship and the significance of promoting the dual education mode of vocational education,and points out the leading and guiding role of professional teaching standards in teaching.Taking the development of modern apprenticeship teaching standards for pharmaceutical majors in higher vocational colleges as an example,based on the investigation of pharmaceutical industry chain and the analysis of apprenticeship professional ability,the general goal of apprenticeship training is established,the training mode of"four step ladder"is established,the curriculum system of"two platform intercommunication and ability ladder"is constructed,and the quality assurance mechanism is formed.Through practice,it provides the experience that can be used for reference and popularized for the development of modern apprenticeship teaching standard.
