摘要
当前我国的科研信息机构承担着对信息进行生产、收集、加工、储存、传输、检索和利用的责任,是一个通过信息产品来为社会提供服务的行业综合体。随着科技进步和社会发展,科技信息的市场也会越来越大,人民群众对科技信息服务产品的质量要求也会随之提高,而科技从业人员对专业性科技信息的需求也逐年上升。鉴于这样的发展趋势和前景,本文对现阶段我国科技信息机构的科研现状进行了分析,阐述了现状中的不足,也提出了对应的措施,希望能够给相关的研究者和从业人员提供一些参考。
At present,the scientific research institutions in China undertake the responsibility of information production,collection,processing,storage,transmission,retrieval and utilization.The scientific research institutions become an industry complex that provides services for the society through information products.With the progress and development of science and technology,the market of science and technology information will become larger and larger,the quality requirements of the people for science and technology information service products will also be improved,and the needs of science and technology practitioners for professional science and technology information will also increase year by year.In view of this trend of development potential and prospect,this paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research in China’s scientific and technological information institution,expounds the shortcomings in the current situation,and puts forward corresponding measures,hoping to provide some reference for relevant researchers and practitioners.
