摘要
探讨了利用茂金属极低密度聚乙烯(mVLDPE)提高管材专用无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)PA14D冲击强度的可行性。结果表明:PA14D中加入0.5%~3.5%(w)的mVLDPE,树脂的常温简支梁缺口冲击强度可提高30%~70%;当w(mVLDPE)为2.0%以上时,树脂的弯曲模量低至管材专用PPR所要求的极限,为确保PA14D的刚韧平衡性,优化mVLDPE用量的实验主要集中在1.0%~2.0%(w);当w(mVLDPE)为1.5%时,树脂的综合性能最佳,各项性能均满足国家标准要求。
The feasibility that metallocene very low density polyethylene(mVLDPE)is used to improve the impact strength of random copolymerized polypropylenel(PPR)pipe specialty PA14D is discussed.The results show that the Charpy notched impact strength of the resin is increased from 30%to 70%when the mass fraction of mVLDPE added to PA14D ranges between 0.5%and 3.5%,however,the bending modulus of the resin is reduced to the limit required for the special resin of PPR pipe when the mass fraction of mVLDPE reaches 2.0%.The mass fraction of mVLDPE is controlled within 1.0%to 2.0%in experiment of optimizing the addition of mVLDPE to ensure the rigidity and toughness balance of PA14D.The comprehensive performance of the blended resin is the best when the mass fraction of mVLDPE is 1.5%,meeting the requirements of national standards.
