摘要
目的:调查居家腹膜透析患儿家庭照顾者腹膜透析管理知识掌握情况,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样,使用自行设计的患儿和照顾者一般资料和腹膜透析管理知识调查问卷,对我国东、中、西南部4所三级儿童专科医院的121例腹膜透析患儿照顾者进行调查。结果:腹膜透析患儿家庭照顾者腹膜透析知识总分为(59.26±5.24)分,影响知识掌握的因素分别为居家照顾者的性别、文化程度、培训项目类型、有无经过再培训(P<0.05)。结论:腹膜透析患儿居家照顾者掌握一定的腹膜透析管理知识,但关于透析并发症和营养知识较薄弱,护士应根据照顾者的性别及文化程度,制定个性化的培训和再培训计划,结合多种健康教育形式,提高照顾者的居家透析管理知识水平。
Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of knowledge in family caregivers of pediatric patients on long-term maintained peritoneal dialysis.Methods:A convenience sample of 121 family caregivers from four tertiary pediatric hospitals in eastern,middle,and southwest of China was selected in the study.The demographic information of caregivers and children,as well as the knowledge about management of peritoneal dialysis was collected using a self-developed questionnaire.Results:The total score for the knowledge on management of peritoneal dialysis was 59.26±5.24.Caregivers'gender,educational background,types of training projects and whether receiving retraining had impacts on knowledge about management of peritoneal dialysis.Conclusion:Family caregivers have basic understanding of peritoneal dialysis.However,understanding of complications and nutrition management in peritoneal dialysis is still inadequate.It is suggested that healthcare providers design appropriate training and retraining programs using various health education strategies based on gender and educational background of caregivers to improve their knowledge on peritoneal dialysis.
