摘要
目的对胃炎患者采用奥美拉唑联合阿托品治疗的效果和安全性进行探究。方法选择我院收治的急性胃炎患者80例,纳入其临床资料作为研究对象,选取时间段起自2018年3月,截止到2019年4月,按照就诊日期单双号将这些患者划分为两组,单一用药组和联合用药组,每组各有40例。采用不同方式对两组患者进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果与单一用药组相比,联合用药组的总有效率更高,不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论采用奥美拉唑联合阿托品治疗急性胃炎具有十分显著的效果。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of omeprazole combined with atropine in patients with gastritis.Methods Eighty patients with acute gastritis admitted to our hospital were selected,and their clinical data were included as the research object.The time period was selected from March 2018 to April 2019,and these patients were divided into two groups according to the single and double numbers of the date of treatment,Single medication group and combination medication group,each group has 40 cases.Treat the two groups of patients in different ways,and compare the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the single medication group,the total effective rate of the combined medication group was higher and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute gastritis with omeprazole combined with atropine has a very significant effect.
