摘要
强碱体系三元复合驱配注系统的结垢问题不容忽视,它将直接影响油田生产效益。针对配注系统各节点结垢程度不同,通过改进三元复合驱垢质分析检测方法,监控压差、流量及总量等指标,预判配注系统结垢程度,采用站内多节点酸洗除垢、站外物理除垢,以及除垢效果评价等,以达到较好的除垢效果。结果表明,配注系统呈现出典型的碳酸盐垢特征;通过结垢预判法可以提前预判系统结垢程度,预判准确率达90%以上;多种除垢方式配合使用,可提高工作效率,降低除垢成本。
The scaling problem of alkali ASP flooding injection and allocation system cannot be ignored,since it will directly influences the production benefits of oilfield.According to different scaling degrees of each nodes,through improving the scale analysis and detection methods of ASP flooding,the differential pressure,flow,and total flow can be monitored,and the scale degree of the injection and allocation system can be predicted.Methods such as multi-node pickling scale removal within stations,physical scale removal outside stations,and scale removal effect evaluation are taken to obtain a good scale removal effect.The results show that the injection and allocation system shows a typical characteristic of carbonate scale,the scale removal effect of the system can be predicted through the scaling prediction method,and the accuracy rate of the method is more than 90%.Combination of many scale removal methods can improve the working efficiency and reduce the cost of scale removal.
