摘要
为了实现对社区卫生服务机构信息系统有效运行,确保医疗权力合理、合规、合法流转,迫切需要统一规范可操作的流程.通过对上海市奉贤区社区卫生服务中心信息系统运行权限现状的梳理,分析目前存在的风险点,提出区域统一规范的权限流转路径,为提高信息安全管理水平,进一步推进职业权力廉洁风险防控提供依据.
To realize the effective operation of information system of community health service institutions and ensure the rational.compliant and legal transfer of medical power.there is an urgent need to unify and standardize the operational process.This research combs the status quo of information system authority operation of community health service center in Fengxian District,analyses the existing risk points,puts forward a regional unified and standardized authority transfer path,in order to improve the level of information security management,and promote the risk prevention and control of professional power integrity.
