摘要
目的研究静脉全麻下手法松解配合中药外敷治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选择于2018年6月~2019年12月经我科诊治的肩围炎患者100例。按随机数字表法分成对照组(n=50)和治疗组(n=50)。治疗组采用静脉麻醉下手法松解及外敷中药治疗,对照组采用针灸推拿常规理疗治疗,4周后比较两组的疗效、疼痛评分及关节活动度。结果经4周治疗后,治疗组患者治疗有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者肩关节活动度和肩关节疼痛程度两项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉全麻下手法松解配合中药外敷治疗肩周炎显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of release manipulation under intravenous general anesthesia combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods A total of 100 patients with periarthritis of shoulder diagnosed and treated in our department from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=50)and treatment group(n=50).The treatment group was treated with release manipulation under intravenous anesthesia and external application of traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was treated with conventional physical therapy with acupuncture and massage.After 4 weeks,the curative effect,pain score,and joint mobility of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The indicators of shoulder mobility and pain in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of release manipulation under intravenous general anesthesia combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine for periarthritis of shoulder is remarkable and worthy of clinical application.
