天然牧草不同草产品形式之间营养性差异研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了探究天然牧草不同草产品形式之间的差异,研究比较了青贮、人工干燥干草、天然干燥干草、草颗粒和草粉之间的营养成分、CNCPS碳水化合物组分、体外消化率及产气量。结果表明,NDF(中性洗涤纤维)与ADF(酸性洗涤纤维)的含量在草颗粒和草粉中最低(P<0.05),starch(淀粉)和EE(粗脂肪)的含量在草粉中最高(P<0.05)。草粉中CA(糖类,在瘤胃中可快速降解)、CB1(淀粉,中速降解的部分)和CNSC(非结构性碳水化合物)的含量最高,CC(不可利用的细胞壁)的含量最低(P<0.05)。人工干燥干草和草颗粒的消化率显著高于草粉和天然干燥干草,天然干燥干草的干物质消化率显著低于其他草产品(P<0.05)。当发酵时间为48 h时,青贮、草颗粒和草粉的产气量显著高于天然干燥干草和人工干燥干草(P<0.05)。综上所述,草颗粒和草粉可以保存较多的营养物质,草颗粒更易于发酵和消化。相较于天然干燥干草,加工成青贮和人工干燥干草更有利于天然牧草的消化降解。 In order to explore the differences be⁃tween different grass product forms of natural for⁃age.This study compared the nutritional compo⁃nents,CNCPS carbohydrate components,in vitro digestibility and gas production.The results showed that the contents of NDF and ADF were the lowest in grass particles and grass powder(P<0.05),and the contents of starch and EE were the highest in grass powder(P<0.05).The content of CA,CB1 and CNSC in grass powder was the highest,and the content of CC in grass powder was the lowest(P<0.05).The digestibility of artificially dried hay and grass particles was significantly higher than that of grass powder and natural dry hay,and the dry matter digestibility of natural dry hay was significantly lower than other grass products(P<0.05).When the fermentation time was 48 h,the gas production of silage,grass particles and grass powder was significantly higher than natural dry hay and artificial dry hay(P<0.05).In summary,grass particles and grass powder can save more nutrients,and silage,grass powder and grass particles are easier to ferment and digest.
