摘要
文章针对电气控制系统的实际运行过程进行深入分析,搭建起配套的PLC过程控制体系。第一步针对原有的电气控制系统进行解析,设计出行之有效的优化方案,对应选取电气设备的参数标准,从而确定具体型号。第二步要搭建出配套的PLC架构,根据系统的运行机理和实际工作步骤进行设定,这也是最为关键的一环。第三步要结合生产方式研究PLC技术相应的过程控制体系,完成生产目标。基于实际生产结果来看,过程控制系统能够保证设备稳定运行,同时还可以有效提升生产效率和产品质量。
In this paper, the actual operation process of the electrical control system is analyzed deeply, and the supporting PLC process control system is built. The first step is to analyze the original electrical control system, design an effective optimization scheme, select the parameter standard of electrical equipment, and then determine the specific model. The second step is to build a supporting PLC architecture, which is set according to the operation mechanism and actual work steps of the system, which is also the most critical part. The third step is to study the corresponding over control system of PLC technology in combination with the production mode to achieve the production goal. Based on the actual production results, the process control system can ensure the stable operation of the equipment, but also can effectively improve production efficiency and product quality.
