摘要
目的了解西藏医院药学人才队伍及药学服务情况。方法采用横断面问卷调查和访谈法,数据通过Excel软件整理和分析,并用重测信度控制研究质量。结果86家西藏公立医院药剂科工作人员共计657名,其中从事药学技术人员532名,占80.97%。学历集中在本科和大专,占83.20%。中医药、药学相关专业毕业占73.02%、藏医药相关专业毕业占13.23%;高级职称药学工作人员占2.23%。在86家西藏公立医院中,药剂科负责人学历集中在本科和大专,占94.19%、专业为药学者占96.51%、职称主要以药师为主,占54.65%。从事药品调剂工作岗位的人占72.00%。设有临床药学部门医院仅占16.28%。结论西藏县区级以上公立医院药学工作人员大多为本科,高级职称人员缺乏;药剂科负责人学历及职称结构整体低。临床药学服务处于初级阶段。
Objective Understanding the pharmaceutical talents and pharmaceutical care in Tibetan hospitals.Methods Across-section questionnaire survey and interview organized and analyzed with Excel software,and the research quality was controlled by retest reliability.Results There were 657 pharmacy staff in 86 Tibetan public hospitals,including 532 pharmaceutical technicians,accounting for 80.97%.The education background was concentrated in undergraduate and junior college degrees,accounting for 83.20%.While 73.02%of graduates majored in traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy,13.23%of the graduates majored in Tibetan medicine,and 2.23%graduated from senior pharmaceutical staff.In 86 Tibetan public hospitals,the education background of pharmaceutical leaders were concentrated in undergraduate and junior college,accounting for 94.19%,pharmaceutical professionals accounting for 96.51%,and the professional titles are mainly pharmacists,accounting for 54.65%.In addition,72.00%of them were engaged in drug dispensing.Only 16.28%hospitals had clinical pharmacy departments.Conclusion Most of the pharmacy staff in the public hospitals above the county level in Tibet are undergraduates,and the senior staff are deficient;the overall education background and title structure of the pharmacy are low.Clinical pharmaceutical care is in the primary stage.
