摘要
为解决东海平湖油气田大位移定向井勘探开发过程中存在的钻头寿命短、造斜工具面不稳、钻井效率低等技术难题,加快平湖油气田勘探开发进程、提速增效,开展了PDC钻头选型及针对性设计应用。在总结分析平湖油气田地层特性及前期钻头使用的情况下,综合考虑钻头与地层的匹配性,从钻头自身的攻击性、抗冲击、抗研磨性及导向性等方面,对PDC钻头进行针对性优化设计。同比邻井,机械钻速分别提高了27.29%和65.97%,作业周期缩短了24.56%,减少了井下复杂情况发生率并提高了钻井效率。针对性优化设计的PDC钻头可进一步在类似区域大位移井位推广应用。
In order to solve the technical problems of short bit life,unstable deflecting tool surface and low drilling efficiency,and speed up the exploration and development of Pinghu oil and gas field,the lectotype and customized design of PDC bit were carried out.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the formation characteristics of Pinghu oil and gas field and the bit usage in the early stage,the design of PDC bit is optimized from bit's aggressiveness,impact resistance,abrasion resistance and guidance performance under considering the matching between bit and formation.Application result shows that compared with the adjacent wells,the ROP of the two new designed bits for well X12 is increased by 27.29%and 65.97%respectively,and the operation period of the well is shortened by 24.56%.The application of the new bits reduce the occurrence rate of downhole complex situation and improves the drilling efficien⁃cy.The PDC bit designed in this paper can be widely used in the extended reach wells in similar areas.
