摘要
针对目前铁路电气企业中产品技术状态信息分散、完整度低、数据一致性难以保证的问题,研究了适合铁路电气产品的技术状态管理方法,构建了技术状态管理过程模型。依据铁路电气产品研制过程,建立了产品需求基线、方案设计基线和最终产品基线,分别对产品的需求、设计和实体的技术状态信息集中管理。针对技术状态更改的需求,建立基于PDCA模型的技术状态更改控制模型,以保证产品数据的一致性。最后在某铁路电气企业的PDM平台上建立了技术状态管理系统,实现了对铁路电气产品的数字化技术状态管理。
Aiming at the low integrity and dispersed configuration information and the difficult data consistency in railway electric company,it studies the configuration management method suitable for railway electrical products,builds the process model of configuration management.According to the development process of railway electrical products,it establishes the demand baseline and the final product baseline to centrally manage configuration process of the product requirements,the design and the entity.As for the requirement of configuration change,it constructs the control model of configuration change based on PDCA model to ensure the consistency of product data.Based on the PDM system of a railway electrical company,it establishes a configuration management system,realizes the digitized configuration management of railway electrical products.
