摘要
研究了BIM技术在在全装配式混凝土剪力墙结构工程中的应用。借助标准化BIM模型库,采用组合式设计方法,在BIM模型数据库将根据相应的标准化模型选择最适合的组合方案,从而对于各个混凝土建筑户型进行多样化的组合选择和考虑设计;各专业内部及专业之间的冲突在BIM平台进行协同,对设计流程进行优化,使设计效率得到提高;以BIM为基础的混凝土剪力墙构件设计步骤进行优化改革,对于其中的各个专业要求和规范进行了更完善的补充,最大程度的保障了我们建筑构件在设计步骤上流程更加合理优化,质量控制更为全面,为同类工程应用BIM技术提供了参考。
Based on BIM technology,taking a public rental housing project,it studies the application of BIM technology in full-assembly concrete shear wall structure engineering.With the help of standardized BIM model library and the combination design method,the rapid and diversified combination design of the household type is realized by directly selecting and combining the corresponding modules in the library,and the conflicts between different specialties are coordinated on the BIM platform to optimize the design process and make the design more efficient to improve.Based on BIM component deepening design,the professional requirements were integrated,and the component design was improved,providing a reference for similar engineering applications BIM technology.
