摘要
近年来,女性生育力保存问题备受学者关注。随着生育力保护人数的逐渐增加,人们对有关生育力保护的方法和技术的需求越来越高。目前,所有生育力保存的技术中,细胞冷冻保存是核心技术。可行的女性生育力保存技术包括胚胎冷冻、卵子冷冻、卵巢组织冷冻和体外成熟培养等技术。上述多种技术方法的联合应用,为生育力保存的实施提供了更加丰富的选择。生育力保存技术以及相关基础研究的进步与不断创新,对于生殖医学的发展与进步具有极其重要的推动意义。本文围绕生育力保存这一核心问题,就女性生育力保存的常用技术及相关进展做一系统综述。
In recent years, the issue of female fertility preservation has attracted much attention of scholars. With the increasing population of fertility protection, people need more and more methods and techniques of fertility protection. At present, cell cryopreservation is the core technology of all fertility preservation technologies. The feasible techniques for preserving female fertility include embryo freezing, egg freezing, ovarian tissue freezing and in vitro maturation culture. The combined application of the above-mentioned technologies and methods provides a more flexible and feasible scheme for the preservation of female fertility. The continuous progress of laboratory technology related to the preservation of female fertility is the basis for the development of assisted reproductive technology, and has an important significance for the development and application of assisted reproductive medicine. Focusing on the core issue of fertility preservation, this paper makes a systematic review on the commonly used techniques and related progress of female fertility preservation.
