摘要
本文利用2000—2014年世界投入产出数据库,对“一带一路”国家参与全球价值链(GVC)活动中与中国相关的增加值进行测度,探讨“一带一路”生产网络构建中的中国角色。研究发现:第一,与中国相关的增加值份额和与中国相关的GVC参与程度在样本期持续增长,中国在“一带一路”国家GVC中的影响越来越大,但影响程度依然较小。第二,中东欧国家与中国的生产联系以复杂GVC活动为主,而印度尼西亚、印度、俄罗斯则表现为简单GVC活动中与中国相关的增加值份额更大。第三,中国对“一带一路”制造业影响更大,且在后向视角下对制造业中的中高技术行业和高技术行业的影响更大。
Based on the World Input-Output Database from 2000 to 2014,this paper measures the value-added related to China in the“Belt and Road”National Global Value Chain(GVC),to explore the Chinese role of these countries participate in global value-added chains.The research reveals that:firstly,the share of value-added and the participation in the GVC related to China continue to grow during the sample period,and China’s influence in the GVC of the“Belt and Road”countries is growing,but the impact is still small;secondly,most of the Central and Eastern European countries’production links with China are dominated by complex GVC activities,while Indonesia,India,and Russia have experienced greater value added related to China in simple GVC activities;thirdly,China has had a greater impact on the Belt and Road participants’manufacturing industry,especially on the medium to high-tech industries and high-tech industries from a retrospective view.
