摘要
近十年来,国内学者致力于社会工作的研究,并取得了丰硕的成果。为了促进社会工作研究的持续发展,有必要梳理研究和发展背景。通过Citespace软件对CNKI期刊全文数据库中的核心期刊和CSSCI来源期刊收录的2373篇论文进行计量分析,绘制出社会工作研究的知识图谱显示,国内该领域的研究在不同时期呈现出不同的特征,从早期的介绍性论文到之后聚焦于社会工作实务、社会工作人才的建设,再到关注社会治理的创新。由关键词聚类以及时区分布图谱可知,社会工作研究的热点集中在社会工作的重要方法、实务、重要任务以及服务平台上。由关键词突显词的突变强度图谱可知,社会工作研究的前沿以及未来发展趋势:第一,巩固理论基础,促进社会工作的跨学科和跨地区研究;第二,挖掘社区资源,促进社会工作本土化;第三,创新社会治理,建立多元主体交互联动机制;第四,加强人才队伍建设,提高社会工作的专业化和职业化水平等。
In recent ten years,domestic scholars have made abundant achievements for their consistent devotion to social work research. In order to promote the sustainable development of social work research,it is necessary to sort out the research and development background. Social work research knowledge graphs are made after a quantitative analysis,using Citespace software,of 2,373 research papers in the core journals of CNKI full-text database and CSSCI source journals. They show that in different historical periods this research field had different characteristics,shifting from introductory papers in the early stage to foci on social work practice,cultivation of social work talents,and social governance innovation in the following stages. According to the keyword clustering and time zone distribution map,social work research hot spots concentrate on the important methods,practice,vital tasks,and service platforms of social work.The mutation intensity map of highlight keywords has indicated the forefront and future development tendency of social work research. The first is to consolidate the theoretical basis and promote interdisciplinary and cross-region social work research;the second is to develop internal resources and promote the localization of social work;the third is to innovate social governance and establish a multisubject interaction and joint action mechanism;and the fourth is to strengthen the building of talent team and improve the specialization and professionalization level of social work.
