摘要
基于“以用户为中心,以服务为导向”的信息诱导设计思路,建设智能停车诱导信息服务系统,实现市区内车住的快速运转,提高社会公众出行的效率和服务水平.搭建城市级智慧交通停车诱导管理系统的整体构架,逐步完善成为各省市区智慧交通系统的组成部分,为监管部门提供执法依据、缓解交通拥堵,进而更优更好地服务于智慧交通的建设.
Based on the information guidance design idea of"user-centered and service-oriented",the intelligent parking guidance information service system is constructed to realize the rapid operation of parking spaces in the urban area,and improve the efficiency and service level of public travel.Build the overall framework of the city level intelligent traffic parking guidance management system,gradually improve and become a part of the intelligent transportation system in all provinces and cities,provide law enforcement basis for regulatory authorities,ease traffic congestion,and better serve the construction of intelligent.
