摘要
随着我国城镇化发展步伐的日益加快,建筑行业也取得了丰硕的发展成果,在建筑工程项目中,EPC总承包模式也得到人们越来越多的关注和重视,得到了诸多企业的青睐,特别是在我国的公共建筑工程领域以及一些具有特殊性的过程项目造价管理工作中得到了广泛的应用.论文主要分析了EPC模式的概念及工程造价管理的要点和扩展方法,希望可以给相关的研究和运用提供一些借鉴和思考.
With the acceleration of the pace of urbanization in China,the construction industry has also achieved fruitful development results.In the construction project,the EPC general contracting model has also received more and more attention from many companies,and has received many companies.It is widely used,especially in the field of public construction engineering in our country and in some special process project cost management work.This paper mainly analyzes the concept of EPC model and the main points and expansion methods of project cost management.Hope it can provide some reference and reflection for related research and application.
