摘要
为评价鞋类产品目前采用的3种耐磨试验方法的优缺点及联系,分别针对PU、TPR、橡肢、EVA常见的4种材料及各自不同的硬度,进行了GB/T 3903.2-2017《鞋类通用检验方法耐磨试验方法》、QB/T 2884-2007《鞋类外底试验方法耐磨性能》、GB/T 1689-2014《硫化橡胶耐磨性能的测定(阿克隆磨耗试验机)》3种试验方法的比对。研究结果表明:3种耐磨方法,都有各自优缺点,且整鞋国标耐磨、DIN耐磨的试验结果随硬度的增加呈现不同程度的递减趋势,阿克隆耐磨的试验结果随鞋底硬度的变化较小。
In order to evaluate the advantages,disadvantages and connections of the Lhree wear-resistant test methods currently used for footwear products,four common materials such as PU,TPR,rubber,EVA and their different hardness were analyzed respectively,including GB/T 3903.2-2017 Footwear-Test methods for whole shoe-Abrasion resistance,QB/T 2884-2007 Footwear-Test methods for outsoles-Abrasion resistance,GB/T 1689-2014 Rubber vuicanized-Determination of abrasion resistance(Akron machine).The results show that the three wear-resistant methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,and the test results of national standard wear-resistant and DIN wear-resistant of the whole shoe show a decreasing trend with the increase of hardness,while the test results of Akron wear-resistant have no significant difference with the change of sole hardness.
