摘要
近些年,随着社会经济的快速发展,食品安全问题日益突出,成为目前社会各界关注的重点。由于食品市场的竞争较为激烈,较多食品生产小企业或者小作坊为了降低生产成本,提升经济效益,违反食品安全规定,非法加入农药、兽药或者食品添加剂等,进而导致各类食品安全问题出现。由此可以看出食品检测的重要性,本文对此进行分析,讨论食品检测措施。
In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, food safety has become an increasingly prominent issue, which has become the focus of attention from all sectors of society. Due to the fierce competition in the food market, many small businesses or workshops that produce food directly violate food safety regulations and illegally add pesticides, veterinary drugs or food additives in order to reduce production costs and improve the economic benefits of the company, thus causing various food safety problems. Therefore, the importance of food testing can be seen. This paper analyzes this and discusses the importance of food testing measures.
