摘要
随着我国有关土壤防治的相关条例与行动的实施,土壤防治工作正逐渐的向前推进。作为环境保护治理环节中的政策指导层,生态环保督查工作落实能够保证当地经济高质量发展的前提下,树立绿色可持续发展理念从而解决经济发展与生态环境矛盾中的问题。但是由于工作基础薄弱、污染因素复杂、地域之间的差异导致对土壤污染防治工作处理不到位。文章主要以生态环境督察为主要因素,促使土壤污染防治的相关制度全面落实,有效解决突出土壤环境问题,奠定坚实的土壤环境为建设美丽中国奠定安全基础。
With the implementation of relevant regulations and actions on soil prevention and control in China,soil control work is gradually advancing.As the policy guidance layer in environmental protection and management,the implementation of ecological environmental protection supervision can ensure the high-quality development of local economy,and establish the concept of green sustainable development to solve the problems in the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment.However,due to the weak foundation,complex pollution factors and regional differences,the prevention and control of soil pollution is not in place.The main factor of this paper is the supervision of ecological environment,which promotes the implementation of the relevant system of soil pollution control,effectively solves the outstanding soil environmental problems,and lays a solid foundation for the construction of a beautiful China.
