摘要
突发性聋是耳鼻咽喉科常见病,也是危害听力的耳科急症,国内外发病率逐渐上升,其发病机制目前尚不明确,内耳微循环障碍一直被认为是突发性聋的主要病因之一,本文就近年来众多学者在微循环障碍引发突聋的病理机制的研究成果做一综述,以期为突发性聋的临床诊疗提供新的思路。
Sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL),a common disease in otolaryngology,is considered to be an otology emergency.It incidence is increasing both in China and abroad,while its pathogenesis remains unclear.Inner ear microcirculation disorder has been considered as one of the main causes of SSNHL.This article reviews research works on the pathological mechanism of SSNHL caused by microcirculation disorder in recent years by a number of scholars,in order to provide new ideas for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
