美国的政治极化及其外交转向被引量：11

摘要政治平权化发展和贫富的分化,导致美国国内政治极化现象日趋严重。近年来,美国奉行的全球主义外交政策更加强化了国内政治极化趋势,右翼保守派力量趁势崛起,特朗普政府借势将国内矛盾向国际转移。随着新冠肺炎疫情的全球大流行,特朗普政府为转移国内矛盾和公众注意力,试图用种族主义言论掩盖自身的失职。在此背景下,特朗普政府重塑利己的国际规则,并对中国进行全面遏制,导致现有国际秩序面临更为严峻的冲击和更大的不确定性。
