摘要
随着人类社会的进步,生物—心理—社会医学模式已取代传统的生物医学模式成为现代医学模式的主导,并对现代化医学人才提出更高的要求,伴随着我国医疗卫生事业的不断发展,新的问题也不断涌现,医患关系日趋紧张,基于此形势下,传统的医学教学模式已不再适应现今的医疗大环境,因此,探索新型医学教学模式已变得刻不容缓。工作坊教学模式突破了传统的"填鸭式"教学模式,强调在医学教学中以"学生为主体"的教学实践活动,更加注重发挥学生的自主性和参与性,文章主要通过将分层次工作坊教学模式应用到外科住培病例讨论实践中,介绍了其含义,重要性,具体实践流程,应用前景及教学成效,探索分层次医学工作坊教学模式其实用性及可行性,旨在为构建现代医学教育体系奉献绵薄之力。
With the advancement of human society,the biologicalpsychology-social medical model has replaced the traditional biomedical mode to the modern medical pattern has become the dominant,and puts forward higher requirement for modern medical talents.With the continuous development of medical and health undertakings in our country,new problems are constantly emerging,and the relationship between doctors and patients is becoming increasingly tense.Based on this situation,the traditional medical teaching model is no longer suitable for the current medical environment.Therefore,it is imperative to explore new medical teaching models.The teaching mode of the workshop has broken through the traditional"cramming"teaching mode,emphasizing the teaching practice activities of"student-centered"in medical teaching,paying more attention to the students’autonomy and participation.The article mainly through the hierarchical teaching workshop mode applied to the case discussion of surgical Standardized Training Practice of Residents,introduce its meaning,importance,specific practical process,application prospects and teaching results.Explore the practicality and feasibility of the teaching mode of the hierarchical medical workshop,and in order to contribute my owe little power to the construction of modern medical education system.
