摘要
瘢痕由无序的胶原纤维和增生的结缔组织构成,是正常皮肤遭受创伤性损害后导致其在外观形态以及组织病理学上出现变化的总称。瘢痕是人体创伤修复过程中必然的产物,也是伤口愈合的必然结果。当前治疗瘢痕暂时没有特效的方法,提前实施有效的方式来预防瘢痕,能够在一定程度上减弱后期产生瘢痕的严重程度,降低后期治疗瘢痕的难度,故瘢痕的防治具有比单纯的瘢痕治疗更重要的意义。当前,自体脂肪移植技术在不断的发展完善中,已经在乳房重建、面部整形、臀部畸形矫正的临床实践中越来越广泛被应用;同时,其在临床防治瘢痕中的应用也被逐步认可。本文先对瘢痕预防、治疗措施及自体脂肪移植治疗的应用进行综述。
Scar is composed of disordered collagen fibers and hyperplastic connective tissue.It is a general term for normal skin's appearance and histopathology changes after traumatic damage.Scars are an inevitable product in the process of human wound repair and an inevitable result of wound healing.Currently,there is no special effective method for treating scars.Implementing effective methods in advance to prevent scars can reduce the severity of scars in the later stages and reduce the difficulty of treating scars in the later stages.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of scars is more important than simple scar treatment.Currently,autologous fat transplantation technology is constantly being developed and improved,and it has been more and more widely used in clinical practice of breast reconstruction,facial plastic surgery,and hip deformity correction;at the same time,its application in clinical prevention and treatment of scars is gradually recognized.This article first reviews the scar prevention and treatment measures and the application of autologous fat transplantation.
