摘要 第三代磁悬浮人工心脏的研发,将心力衰竭的治疗推向一个新的台阶,也推动了磁悬浮技术(Magnetic Levitation Technology,MLT)在医疗器械研发领域的发展。MLT的核心为利用磁体之间的斥力解决因机械接触力、摩擦力等过强而导致的临床问题。本文结合国内外文献,对MLT在医疗器械研发方面的应用做一综述。总体来说,MLT技术在解决人工心脏、关节、颈椎现存问题上具有明显的优势,未来在其他临床领域的发展具有极大潜力。 The research and development of the third-generation magnetic levitation artificial heart has pushed the treatment of heart failure to a new level and also promoted the development of magnetic levitation technology(MLT)in the field of medical device research and development.The core of MLT is to use the repulsive force between magnets to solve clinical problems caused by excessive mechanical contact force and friction.Combined with domestic and foreign literature,the application of MLT in medical device research and development was reviewed in this paper.In general,MLT has shown obvious advantages in solving the existing problems of artificial hearts,joints,and cervical spine,and has great potential for future development in other clinical fields.
