摘要
探讨一种基于临床案例影像库、突出皮肤专科特点、简化四诊资料、引导学生快速建立辨证思维的教学方法,以及案例库的构建思路。"疹舌结合辨治"教学法是以皮疹和舌象作为主要辨证线索,帮助学生快速辨析、确立为某一种证,并依此立法、选方的一种教学模式及方法,旨在训练学生建立皮肤病辨证论治思维。该教学方法赖以实现的教具即是"疹、舌影像"案例库。该案例库通过收集凝练"病"与"证"辨析特征的皮疹及舌诊影像等资料,浓缩辨证依据,简化辨证过程,引导学生完成辨证论治过程,在教学上达到执简驭繁的目的。该法可应用于课堂教学、临床见习及规范化培训等各阶段。
The purpose of this paper is to explore a teaching method based on clinical case image database,highlighting the characteristics of skin specialty,simplifying four diagnosis data,guiding students to quickly establish dialectical thinking,and the construction of case database.The teaching method of"combination of rash and tongue"is based on"rash and tongue image"as the main clue of syndrome differentiation,which helps students to quickly differentiate and establish a certain syndrome,and according to this teaching mode and method of legislation and selection,aims to train students to establish the thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment of skin diseases.The teaching aid that the teaching party relies on to realize is the case database of"tongue rash image".This case bank collects the data of rash and tongue diagnosis image,condenses the basis of syndrome differentiation,simplifies the process of syndrome differentiation,guides the students to complete the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and achieves the purpose of controlling the complexity in teaching.This method can be used in classroom teaching,clinical probation and standardized training and other stages.Compared with conventional teaching methods,it has preliminary advantages.
