摘要
煤矿突发事件其本质上属于危机范畴。为解决在煤矿突发事件和应急救援过程中出现主次不清、轻重缓急混乱的情形,应用"4R"危机管理理论探讨了危机管理的对于解决煤矿突发事件的指导意义,并对煤矿现场应急救援过程的指导作用通过实例进行说明,印证了"4R"危机管理模式对于煤矿应急管理的适用性。
Coal mine accidents belong to the category of crisis basically.In the process of coal mine emergencies and emergency rescue,there were unclear priorities and prioritized chaos.This paper applies"4 R"crisis management theory,discusses the guiding significance of crisis management for solving coal mine emergencies,and guides the guidance role of coal mine on-site emergency rescue process.It shows the applicability of"4 R"crisis management mode to coal mine emergency management.
