“1+X”证书制度下完善职业教育与培训体系路径分析

摘要 办人民满意的职业教育,培养国家经济改革急需的具有综合职业能力和业务精湛的技术技能型人才,需要发挥好学历证书和多类职业技能等级证书的作用。本文主要阐述“1+X”证书制度的内涵、价值导向,分析了阻碍职业教育“1+X”证书制度实施的因素,进而提出“1+X”证书制度的实施路径。
