摘要
采食量不足、分娩应激和泌乳启动等因素会造成围产期奶牛免疫力的下降,影响奶牛健康。在日粮中添加适量的硒,可以提高奶牛的免疫力,降低发病率。文章通过探讨了围产期奶牛免疫抑制的因素和硒对围产期奶牛免疫调控作用,为科学配制奶牛日粮提供参考。
The factors such as insufficient feed intake,calving stress and lactation initiation will lead to the decline of autoimmunity,which will affect the health of dairy cows.Adding selenium to the diet can improve the immunity and reduce the incidence rate of dairy cows.In the paper,the factors of immunosuppression and the effect of selenium on the immune regulation of perinatal cows were discussed,which can provide reference for the scientific preparation of cow diet.
