摘要 通过对近几年钛酸锶粉体制备方法的研究进展的综述,从形貌、粒径及分散性等方面进行分析,总结了各种方法的特点及其发展趋势。液相制备法具有合成温度低、设备简单、易操作、成本低等优点,然而容易产生团聚现象。固相法合成粉体能够有效避免液相反应法中粉体的团聚现象,而且合成过程中不需要添加溶剂,有效避免了杂质的引入。 Strontium titanate powder was a multi-functional electronic ceramic material with excellent electrical and optical properties,which was widely used in many fields,such as light catalysis,dielectric materials,synthetic gemstone,optical crystal,and other fields.In this paper,the research progress of preparation method of strontium titanate powder was reviewed,and the morphology,particle size and dispersion of powder and its development trend were analyzed.There were some advantages,such as low synthesis temperature,simple equipment,easy operation,low cost,in preparation of strontium titanate powder by the liquid phase method,but prone to reunite phenomenon.The reunite phenomenon and the introduction of impurities because of no added solvent could be effectively avoided by the solid phase method.
