摘要
目的:夏枯草口服液联合甲巯咪唑治疗Graves病心肝火旺证的临床疗效。方法:选取100例Graves病患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组患者采用夏枯草口服液联合甲巯咪唑治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者中医症候积分、甲状腺激素水平、甲状腺抗体水平、甲状腺体积、心功能指标、不良反应及临床疗效。结果:观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6疗程及12疗程后,两组患者的FT3、FT4、TT3及TT4水平均显著降低(P<0.05),TSH水平显著升高(P<0.05),观察组的各指标变化幅度明显较对照组大(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的TGAb、TPOAb、TRAb水平及甲状腺体积均显著降低(P<0.05),观察组的各指标变化幅度明显较对照组大(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为36.0%,观察组不良反应发生率为6.0%,明显低于对照组的发生率36.0%;对照组的复发率为12.0%,观察组的复发率为2.0%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:夏枯草口服液与甲巯咪唑联用可以明显改善Graves病心肝火旺证患者的临床症状,降低甲状腺激素水平,临床疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of Prunella vulgaris oral liquid combined with methimazole in the treatment of syndrome of hyperactivity of heart and liver fire of Graves’disease.METHODS 100patients with Graves’disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with methimazole and the patients in the observation group were treated with Prunella vulgaris oral liquid combined with methimazole.The TCM syndrome score,thyroid hormone level,thyroid antibody level,thyroid volume,cardiac function index,adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.RESULTS The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6courses of treatment and 12courses of treatment,the levels of FT3,FT4,TT3and TT4in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the levels of TSH were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the change magnitude of each indicator in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TGAb,TPOAb,TRAb and thyroid volume were significantly reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),and the change range of each indicator in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 36.0%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.0%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(36.0%).The recurrence rate of the control group was 12.0%,and the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.0%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of Prunella vulgaris oral liquid and methimazole can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with syndrome of hyperactivity of heart and liver fire of Graves’disease,reduce the level of thyroid hormone,and the clinical curative effect is definite,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
