摘要
"互联网+"的快速发展使得丰富有效的信息数据可以快速地被捕捉到,文档的传导也轻便灵活。伴随着数字校园、智慧校园建设的连续推进,高职学院在基础建设领域的投入越来越大,随之产生的档案也越来越多,其利用率也越来越高。进而导致基建档案的管理涌现出了新状况、新问题,同时也对基建档案规范化整理提出了更高的标准。该文研讨了高校如何依托"互联网+",对从基建项目规划立项开始,到招标、施工、监理、竣工等环节的结束,所生成的一系列相关文件进行全程化信息管理,提出呈现数字化建设的对策,以期使高校基建档案更加专业、完整,优化其服务方式和流程,更大化地发挥高校档案服务大众的作用。
With the rapid development of"Internet+",rich and effective information data can be quickly captured,and the transmission of documents is also portable and flexible.With the continuous promotion of digital campus and smart campus,higher vocational colleges are investing more and more in the field of infrastructure construction,resulting in more and more archives and higher utilization rate.As a result,new conditions and problems have emerged in the management of infrastructure archives,and higher standards have been put forward for the standardized arrangement of infrastructure archives.This paper discusses the whole-process model of information management for the relevant documents forming from the beginning of the infrastructure project planning to the end of the processes such as bidding,construction,supervision,completion and so on,and puts forward the countermeasures to present digital construction.The aim is to make college infrastructure archives more professional and complete,so as to optimize the service mode and process,and give greater play to the role of college archives in serving the public.
