摘要
为研究基质沥青品种对浇注式沥青及其混凝土性能的影响,选择7种70#基质沥青,在相同条件下制备浇注式沥青及其混凝土GA10,探讨基质沥青品种对其性能的影响。试验结果表明:1)基质沥青品种对浇注式沥青及其混凝土技术指标的影响较小,7种浇注式沥青混凝土GA10的流动性、高温性能、低温性能、疲劳性能均满足技术要求,具有良好的路用性能;2)浇注式沥青混凝土对基质沥青品种具有较强的普适性,不同地区钢桥面浇注式沥青铺装工程可就近取材,工程应用局限性较小。
Seven kinds of 70#matrix asphalt was used and gussasphalt and its mixture GA10 were prepared under the same conditions to study the effect of matrix asphalt types on its performance.The test results showed that matrix asphalt type had little influence on the technical index of gussasphalt and its mixture.The fluidity,high temperature performance,low temperature performance and fatigue performance of seven kinds gussasphalt mixture GA10 met the technical requirements with good pavement performance.Gussasphalt mixture has a strong universality for matrix asphalt type.Material for steel bridge deck gussasphalt pavement project working in different areas could be taken from nearby matrix asphalt.Its engineering application limitation is little.
