摘要
概述了TP347H、NF709、S25、Super304H和HR3C五种奥氏体不锈钢的使用温度范围、主要用途,比较了该五种奥氏体不锈钢所含的合金元素含量、析出相种类和力学性能。总结了关键合金元素、析出相位置、尺寸、形貌等对奥氏体不锈钢性能的影响规律,比较了它们在高温下的力学性能。
The using temperature range and main applications of five kinds of austenitic stainless steels of TP347 H,NF709, S25, Super304 H and HR3 C were summarized. The contents of alloying elements, the kinds of precipitation phase and mechanical properties were compared. The effects of key alloying elements, precipitation phase position, size and morphology on the the properties of austenitic stainless steels were summarized, and the mechanical properties at high temperature were compared.
