摘要
预热温度对锻模性能产生很大影响。本文采用不同的预热温度对4Cr5MoSiVSr锻压模具钢进行了试验,并进行了高温耐磨损性能和高温抗氧化性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随预热温度从100℃升高至500℃,模具钢的磨损体积和单位面积质量增重先基本不变后急剧增大,即高温耐磨损性能和高温抗氧化性能先保持平稳后急剧下降。当预热温度为500℃时,试样的磨损体积和单位面积质量增重较100℃时分别增大了93%和200%。4Cr5MoSiV锻压模具钢的预热温度不宜超过300℃。
Preheating temperature has a great impact on performance of forging die. The 4Cr5MoSiVSr die steel for forging was tested at different preheating temperatures, and the wear resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperature were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of preheating temperature from 100℃ to 500℃, the wear volume and weight gain per unit area of the die steel firstly remain unchanged and then increase sharply, that is, the wear resistance at high temperature and oxidation resistance at high temperature keep steady first and then decrease sharply. When the preheating temperature is 500 ℃, the wear volume and weight gain per unit area of the sample are 93% and 200% higher than those at 100 ℃, respectively. The preheating temperature of 4Cr5MoSiV forging die steel should not exceed 300 ℃.
