高耸重型储槽群桩筏基础变形监测和数值模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 结合实际工程项目,通过数值模拟计算与现场长期沉降的实测数据的对比,分析了高耸重型储槽群条形不连续桩筏基础的沉降规律。在此基础上,对后期的拟建项目进行模拟计算,预测其沉降分布特性,为工程建设提供参考。计算结果表明:高耸重型储槽群条形不连续桩筏基础的总沉降量一般表现为中间大,四周小的"盆形分布";中间筏板的不均匀沉降主要为宽度方向,而两端筏板则主要为长度方向,右侧上下整体连接筏板的不均匀沉降主要是宽度方向;基础沉降引起的桩间土压缩量很小,地基土的压缩主要集中在桩端以下20 d(桩径)范围内的土层;采用增加桩长、长短桩结合的布桩方式,以及筏板的整体连接方式,有利于调整条形不连续桩筏基础的沉降以及不均匀沉降。 In this paper,the settlement law of strip discontinuous pile raft foundation of heavy towering storage tank group is analyzed by comparing the numerical simulation calculation with the field measured data of long-term settlement.On this basis,the settlement distribution characteristics of the proposed project in the later stage are predicted.The results show that the total settlement of the strip discontinuous piled raft foundation is generally characterized by the large in the middle and the small around basin distribution.The uneven settlement of the middle raft is mainly in the width direction,while the raft at both ends is mainly in the length direction,and the uneven settlement of the upper and lower integral connecting raft at the right side is mainly in the width direction.The amount of soil compression between piles caused by foundation settlement is very small,and the compression of foundation soil is mainly concentrated in the soil layer within 20 d(pile diameter)below the pile end.It is beneficial to adjust the settlement and uneven settlement of the strip discontinuous pile raft foundation by increasing the length of pile,combining the long and short piles,and connecting the raft as a whole.
