摘要
目的:观察西药联合镇眩汤合"晕三针"对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取69例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者按照随机数字表法分为3组:针药组、中药组和对照组,每组各23例。对照组给予倍他司汀治疗,中药组在对照组基础上给予镇眩汤治疗,针药组在对照组基础上给予镇眩汤联合"晕三针"治疗,观察三组临床疗效,并采用眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)进行评分。结果:针药组、中药组的总有效率与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),针药组与中药组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后三组DHI评分均降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,针药组和中药组能显著降低DHI评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且针药组改善程度优于中药组(P<0.05)。结论:西药联合镇眩汤合"晕三针"可显著改善椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者临床症状,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhenxuan Decoction combined with Yun San-zhen on vertigo-basal artery insufficiency vertigo.Methods 69 patients with vertigo-basal artery insufficiency vertigo were divided into three groups according to the random number table method: acupuncture group,traditional Chinese medicine group and control group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine,while the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Zhenxuan Decoction at the same time as the basic treatment,and the acupuncture group was given Zhenxuan Decoction combined with "Yun San-zhen"at the same time.Dizziness Disability Rating Scale(DHI) was used to score.Results The total effective rate of the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group was compared with the control group(P<0.05),showing that the difference was statistically significant;before and after treatment,the DHI scores of the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);In comparison,the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group can significantly reduce the DHI score,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);and there is a statistical difference between the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenxuan decoction combined with"Yun San-zhen"can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of vertigo-basal ganglia arterial insufficiency vertigo patients,and has clinical promotion value.
