摘要
依托甘肃省河西走廊特色资源利用重点实验室(河西学院分析测试中心)的大型仪器设备,借助其仪器多样性优势,学科组进行了高效液相色谱实验课程的改革与探索。采用理论教学、仿真实训和实验教学紧密结合的三位一体教学法、对比教学法及小组教学法,引导学生掌握原理及操作,提高学生利用相关仪器及理论进行毕业设计和科学研究的自主创新能力,同时也大大提高了本校分析测试中心高效液相色谱仪器的使用率,取得了良好效果。
Relying on the large instruments and equipment of the key laboratory of Hexi corridor resources utilization of Gansu,whose another name is the analytical and testing center of Hexi University,some reforms and explorations on the practice course of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with the diversity of the center s instruments were carried out.The three-in-one teaching method of classroom theory teaching,simulation training and experimental teaching,comparative teaching method,group teaching method and other related reforms were adopted.The students were guided to master the principle and operation of the HPLC instrument.These reforms have improved students ability of independent innovation on graduation designing and scientific research,and also greatly improved the utilization rates of high performance liquid chromatography instruments in the analytical and testing center of Hexi University.
