吡草醚悬浮剂和微乳剂的高效液相色谱分析方法 被引量:2

摘要 建立一种在同一液相色谱条件下测定吡草醚悬浮剂和微乳剂的方法。采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱和紫外-可见检测器,以乙腈+水为流动相,在243 nm波长下对2%吡草醚悬浮剂和2%吡草醚微乳剂进行分离和定量分析。吡草醚的线性回归方程为y=8.7328 x+9.4562,相关系数为0.9999。2%吡草醚悬浮剂和2%吡草醚微乳剂的标准偏差分别为0.07%和0.01%,平均回收率分别为97.45%和97.68%。结果表明,高效液相色谱方法灵敏、快速,适用于吡草醚制剂产品的含量检测。 A method was established for the determination of pyraflufen-ethyl suspension concentrate(SC)and microemulsion(ME)in the same HPLC condition.Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column and UV-vis detector was used.Acetonitrile and water were employed as mobile phase.Pyraflufen-ethyl 2%SC and ME were separated and quantitatively analyzed at 243 nm.The linear regression equation of pyraflufen-ethyl is y=8.7328 x+9.4562 with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The standard deviations of pyraflufen-ethyl 2%SC and 2%ME were 0.07%and 0.01%,respectively.The average recoveries of pyraflufen-ethyl 2%SC and 2%ME were 97.45%and 97.68%,respectively.The results showed that the HPLC method was sensitive and rapid,which was suitable for pyraflufen-ethyl formulation analysis.
