摘要
随着我国天然气管道建设运行里程不断增长,管道建设范围越来越靠近人口密集区域,输气管道具有距离长、输送压力高、工艺复杂、介质量大等特点,极其容易发生火灾、爆炸、中毒窒息等重大安全事故,造成人员伤亡、财产损失。因此,加强对天然气长输管道高后果区的风险管理至关重要。本文以某天然气长输管道为例进行高后果区辨识及风险评估,进一步分析高后果区管理要点,对我国天然气长输管道高后果区的安全管理提出一些拙见。
With the increasing mileage of construction and operation of natural gas pipeline in China,the pipeline construction scope is getting closer to densely populated areas.The gas transmission pipeline has the characteristics of long distance,high transmission pressure,complex process and large dielectric mass,which is extremely prone to major safety accidents such as fire,explosion,poisoning and suffocation,causing casualties and property losses.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the risk management of high consequence areas of long-distance natural gas pipelines.In this paper,taking a long-distance natural gas pipeline as an example,the high-consequence zone identification and risk assessment are carried out,the key points of high-consequence zone management are further analyzed,and some humble opinions on the safety management of high-consequence zone of long-distance natural gas pipeline in China are put forward.
