摘要
面对地面瓦斯抽采泵站水环式真空泵泵体、配套电机水冷装置管网结垢及管路腐蚀,马兰矿在投用软化水装置、使用软化水药剂,且效果不明显的情况下,引入量子管通环除垢、防垢及改善水质,取得了较好的效果,为瓦斯抽采泵站高效运行、节能减排作出了良好的示范。
In the face of water ring vacuum pump body of gas pumping station on the ground,pipe network scaling and pipeline corrosion of matching motor water cooling device,this paper also introduced quantum pipe ring to remove scale,prevent scale and improve water quality under the condition of soft water device and soft water agent,and the effect was not obvious.The introduction of quantum pipe ring for scale removal,scale prevention and water quality improvement has achieved good results,for gas pumping station efficient operation,energy saving and emission reduction made a good demonstration.
