摘要
针对当前选煤厂带式输送机在频繁启动过程中会产生瞬间冲击电流及电压,导致输送机电机烧毁的问题,为了进一步提高选煤厂带式输送机使用寿命,降低故障率,大同煤矿集团大地选煤公司王村选煤厂通过技术研究,对选煤厂带式输送机采用了一套软启动电气控制系统,通过实际应用,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to further improve the service life and reduce the failure rate of belt conveyor in coal preparation plant, Wangcun coal preparation plant of Datong Coal Mine Group has adopted a soft-start electrical control system for belt conveyor in coal preparation plant through technical research. Through practical application, remarkable results have been achieved.
