大豆矮杆片段导入系的外源导入片段分析及基因定位

Analysis of Exogenous Introgressed Segments and Gene Mapping in SILs with Soybean Dwarf Genes

摘要 利用绘制图示基因型的方法对7份含有矮杆基因S的片段导入系(Segments Introgressed Lines,SILs)进行分析,共检测到100个导入片段,其中有64个为纯合导入片段,36个为杂合导入片段,分布在除A1和E之外的其余18条染色体上。通过对导入片段的分析,发现D1a染色体上的satt383-satt267区间、D1b染色体的sat_183位点、D2染色体的sat_277位点以及F染色体的sct_033-satt335区间都与矮杆基因S密切相关,并且sat_183和sat_277为新发现的矮杆基因相关位点,这为进一步研究大豆矮杆基因打下了基础。 Seven Segments Introgressed Lines(SILs)containing dwarf gene S were analyzed by drawing graphic genotypes.A total of 100 segments were detected,of which 64 were homozygous segments and 36 were heterozygous segments.They were distributed on the other 18 chromosomes except for A1 and E.Through the analysis of introgressed segments,the satt383-satt267 interval on D1a chromosome,the sat_183 site on D1b chromosome,the sat_277 site on D2 chromosome and the sct_033-satt335 interval on F chromosome were closely related to the dwarf gene S.Sat_183 and sat_277 were newly discovered dwarf gene related sites,which laid a foundation for further study of soybean dwarf gene.
