S32205双相不锈钢管接头窄间隙激光填丝焊接头组织与性能 被引量:2

Microstructure and properties of narrow gap joint of S32205 duplex stainless steel pipe by laser welding with filler wire

摘要 采用窄间隙激光填丝多道焊的方法焊接了壁厚25 mm的S32205双相不锈钢管,焊后观察并分析了接头不同区域的组织及铁素体-奥氏体的双相比例,对接头进行了一系列的拉伸、冲击试验,并测量其显微硬度以评定其性能。结果表明:接头具有良好的焊缝成形,无未熔合、气孔等焊接缺陷;接头组织沿垂直于熔合线中心对称生长;焊缝重叠部位因二次加热处于敏感温度区间,有脆硬相析出;焊接热影响区的近缝区中奥氏体呈条带状分布。焊接接头焊缝区域奥氏体与铁素体的平均比例分别为46%和53%,热影响区奥氏体与铁素体的平均比例分别为39.3%和60.7%,符合要求。 S32205 Duplex stainless steel pipe with 25 mm wall thickness was welded by laser filling multi-pass welding.After welding process,the microstructures of different zones of joint and the ratio of ferrite and austenite had been observed and analyzed.The tensile test,bending test and measurement of microhardness were conducted to evaluate the properties of joint.The results showed that the S32205 duplex stainless steel pipe had fine appearance and no defect such as incomplete fusion and porosity.The joint structure grew symmetrically along the center perpendicular to the fusion line.The overlap area of weld bead was in the sensitive temperature range due to secondary heating,and there were brittle and hard phases separated out.The distribution of austenite in the near-seam zone of HAZ was strip-like.The average ratio of austenite and ferrite in the weld area of welded joint was 46.05%and 53.96%respectively.The average ratio of austenite and ferrite in the heat affected zone was 39.3%and 60.7%respectively,which met the requirements.
