保守疗法及椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折效果及VAS评分对比 被引量:4

The effect of conservative therapy and kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fracture and the comparison of VAS score

摘要 目的:对比骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者接受保守疗法治疗及椎体后凸成形术治疗的效果。方法:2016年1月-2017年1月收治骨质疏松性脊柱骨折100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施保守疗法治疗;试验组实施椎体后凸成形术治疗;比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组,椎体高度及Cobb角明显优于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折,可有效缓解疼痛程度,促进活动功能的恢复。 Objective:To compare the efficacy of conservative therapy and kyphoplasty in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2017,100 patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conservative intervention.The experimental group was treated with kyphoplasty.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the vertebral height and Cobb angle were significantly better than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fracture can effectively relieve the degree of pain and promote the recovery of motor function.
