摘要
论文对秦岭-大巴山区退耕还林工程的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益研究现状进行了述评,指出了目前秦巴山区退耕还林效益评价中存在的问题,同时展望了该区域退耕还林效益研究的发展趋势,为政府决策提供依据。
The works and evaluations of ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits after Grain for Green Project in Qinling-Daba mountain were reviewed and the problems existed were pointed out.Suggestions for improvement and trend in future were developed.
