摘要
在"大众创业、万众创新"热潮下,基层员工在企业技术创新中发挥重要积极作用。在此时代背景下,本文对员工满意度对企业技术创新数量与质量两个维度的影响进行实证检验。研究发现,员工满意度对企业技术创新的数量及价值创造能力均具有重要影响。从技术创新数量角度,员工满意度高的企业技术创新产出水平更高,发明专利及外观设计专利申请数量更多;从技术创新的价值创造能力角度,员工满意度高的企业发明专利及实用新型专利更有助于实现企业价值增长。本文的研究丰富了技术创新影响因素的研究视角,从技术创新角度为利益相关者理论提供了档案数据层面的支持,同时对企业的研发及组织经营实践具有一定参考价值。
Under the wave of"widespread entrepreneurship and innovation",the important role that employees have played in enterprise technological innovation cannot be ignored.Thus this paper studies the impact of employee satisfaction on both the quantity and the quality of enterprise technological innovation.The paper finds that employee satisfaction has an important impact on the number of technological innovations and their ability to create value.As for the number of patent applications,companies with high employee satisfaction have more applications for invention patents and design patents;as for the quality of patent value creation,companies with high employee satisfaction gains more firm value increase from the utility model patents and design patents.The research enriches the research perspective of the factors affecting technological innovation and provides empirical support for stakeholder theories from the perspective of technological innovation.Besides,it also be of certified reference value for corporates’R&D and organizational activities.
